Eligibility Criteria:
- must be a national of one of the designated qualifying nations.
- should not be considered an overseas compatriot student or possess dual citizenship with Taiwan.
- must fulfill the partner university’s admission requirements.
- must meet Taiwanese government standards for an Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) and Resident Visa (Code: FS).
- cannot receive more than one scholarship from the Taiwanese government during the same academic year.
- If a TaiwanICDF scholarship has already been granted, it must have been finished by July 31, 2024.
- The highest-level diploma must be presented by July 31, 2025, at the latest.
