Eligibility Criteria:

Non-Chinese Citizens: Candidates must be in good physical and mental health and possess a valid foreign passport.
Academic Requirement: Applicants must have a Master’s degree or be in their final year of study to be eligible. The official degree must be presented prior to enrollment; however, an anticipated graduation certificate may be submitted first.
Age Requirement: Candidates must be under 40 when they submit their applications.
Needs for Language Proficiency:
Programs taught in China include HSK 4 (Science & Engineering) with a minimum score of 180 and HSK 5 (Liberal Arts, Medicine, Arts) with a minimum score of 180.
Programs taught in English: Proof of English competence (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent) is necessary.
Exemptions: Language certification may not apply to native speakers of Chinese or English.

The annual award for the Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship is RMB 30,000.
Scholarship from Shenzhen University: 40,000 RMB year.
