Eligibility Criteria:
Nationality: Candidates must be nationals of nations that have diplomatic ties to Japan.
Age Requirement: Must have been born on April 2, 1990, or later. Certain situations, including responsibilities to serve in the military, are exempt.
Academic Requirements:
- Completion of a minimum of 16 years of formal education is required for master’s programs.
- Having a master’s degree or comparable research experience is required for doctoral programs.
