King Abdullah University of Science and Technology is currently accepting applications for its fully funded KAUST Student Research Internship 2025, which is available to both bachelor’s and master’s degree candidates. There is no application cost for this internship, which is among the highest paid internships offered to students globally.
Important Information:
- Time frame: three to six months.
- Research Focus: Under the direction of KAUST faculty, participants will work on a research project that reflects their interests.
- Flexible Schedule: Candidates may select the beginning and ending dates at any point during the year.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Applicants from all over the world are welcome.
- Students pursuing undergraduate degrees must be in their third year of study.
- Graduate students need to be enrolled in a Master’s program at the moment.
- A minimum GPA of 14/20 (ECTS B) or 3.5/4.0 is required.
- Depending on how an application is evaluated, fluency in English can be necessary.
- TOEFL iBT scores of 79 or above are accepted.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or above.
- Current PhD candidates, KAUST students, and KAUST alumni are not eligible.
