Eligibility Criteria:
- PhD Requirement: The candidate must have a PhD or be on track to finish one within six months of the submission deadline.
- PhD Award Timing: Within two years after the application deadline, the PhD must have been granted.
- Residency Requirement: Within the last three years, applicants cannot have spent more than 12 months living or working in Switzerland.
- Institutional Affiliation: Individuals who have spent more than six months in the previous three years affiliated with ETH Zurich, EPFL, or other ETH domain institutions are ineligible.
- Research Excellence: Must have won an award for their PhD work or published at least one article in a peer-reviewed journal.
