Through long-term collaboration with German business, the initiative seeks to equip upcoming leaders to propel social and economic advancement in their native nations.
During the academic term, Afrika Kommt! is a fully supported fellowship that covers living expenses, travel expenses, training, and housing.
Participants in this one-year fellowship get inspiration to become the next generation of African leaders, global exposure, and leadership skills. To guarantee thorough learning and professional development, the curriculum is divided into three organized stages.
Eligibility Criteria :
- A citizen of an African nation is required.
- possess a degree from an academic institution in a related discipline.
- An additional benefit is having postgraduate credentials, such as an MBA.
- possess two to five years of experience in a related field.
- Have a strong command of the English language.
- Basic German knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Must be 35 years old or younger.
