Are you prepared to take part in a five-day youth forum in Geneva, Switzerland, that is fully funded? The UN Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) is currently accepting applications for the UN Youth Biosecurity Fellowship 2025. From June 5 to July 5, 2025, three months of online workshops and discussions on biosecurity and diplomacy are part of this fully sponsored scholarship. After then, from August 11 to 15, 2025, 20 chosen individuals will go on a field trip to Geneva, Switzerland. By increasing their understanding of biosecurity and disarmament, the fellowship seeks to involve and empower young leaders. IELTS is not necessary, and there is no application fee.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must be younger than 35.
- must be a national of one of the qualifying nations.
- All qualified nationalities from BWC State Parties with low or moderate incomes are welcome.
- must possess a graduate degree from an accredited university or institution in the life sciences or a similar discipline.
- In rare circumstances, candidates having a background in social science may be taken into consideration.
- Students at the undergraduate level may also apply.
- We actively encourage female candidates to apply.
