The government of Indonesia launched the esteemed and fully financed Indonesian AID Scholarship program to aid in the development of future leaders from partner nations. With a focus on education, capacity building, and public sector development, this scholarship is a vital tool for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It provides nominated persons from priority nations, government officials, and public servants with a special chance to pursue postgraduate courses at prestigious Indonesian universities and polytechnics.
The program intends to give participants exposure to Indonesia’s own development story, academic knowledge, and practical skills so they can return home as change agents. In addition to participating in academic and professional exchanges and gaining invaluable foreign experience, scholars will establish enduring connections with peers and institutions worldwide. The program also has a strategic role in supporting inclusive growth and developing bilateral relations by boosting regional cooperation and cross-cultural understanding.
Indonesia’s strong commitment to international collaboration and sustainable development is reflected in the scholarship, which is administered by Indonesian AID in association with the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education. It is more than just a scholarship; it is an investment in shared advancement, knowledge, and human capital.
