Eligibility Criteria:
- Non-Chinese nationals in good physical and mental condition are required to apply.
- must fulfill age and academic standards according to the study level:
- College and undergraduate programs: must be less than thirty and possess a senior high school diploma.
- Master’s degree programs: must be younger than 35 and possess a bachelor’s degree.
- Ph.D. (Doctoral) programs: must be under 40 and possess a master’s degree.
- must adhere to Chinese regulations and meet the prerequisites set forth by the Jiangsu university of choice.
- The Chinese government or other organizations cannot award applicants with any other scholarships.

2. Partial Scholarship

- Non-degree and exchange students: CNY 2,000 per month, available for a period of 3 to 12 months, based on institutional agreement.
