The 2025 China Link Scholarship Program, which aims to improve international academic interaction, mutual understanding, and worldwide collaboration among young researchers and students, has been formally introduced by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). One of China’s most prestigious universities, Central South University, is hosting this fully sponsored project.
Undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students as well as academic staff from universities that collaborate with the CSC are eligible to participate in the program. It provides an excellent chance for brief academic trips, allowing participants to conduct research or study in a variety of fields.

Eligibility Criteria:
- A non-Chinese national with a solid academic record and decent physical and mental health is required.
- Undergraduate and graduate students who are general scholars must be younger than 45.
- Academic personnel and PhD students must be under 50 years old to be considered senior scholars.
- either be a full-time academic staff member or enrolled full-time as a student at one of the CSC partner universities.
- A pre-admission letter from Central South University is required of applicants as part of the application procedure.
