The New Taipei Tech Southbound Elite Training Program 2025, a distinguished, fully financed academic and cultural exchange program in Taiwan, is currently accepting applications. The National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), also referred to as Taipei Tech, is the host of this program, which is supported by Taiwan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The program will be held in Taipei City from September 2025 to January 2026 and is planned to run for five months.
Under the “New Southbound Policy,” the program’s main goal is to foster understanding between Taiwan and its partner nations. Through intellectual exchange, interpersonal relationships, and immersive cultural experiences, it seeks to improve diplomatic and economic cooperation. Through a combination of academic coursework, industrial excursions, and cultural events, participants will have firsthand knowledge of Taiwanese society and values.
Along with cultural immersion, students will take specialized courses in fields that are becoming more and more relevant worldwide, such as artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and the Chinese language. Future leaders, innovators, and global collaborators will find the curriculum ideal as it is designed to foster both technical skills and cross-cultural competencies.
The program covers all significant costs, such as living expenses, travel, lodging, and tuition. The application process is quite accessible because there is no application cost and no requirement for evidence of English ability, such as the IELTS.

Eligibility Criteria:
