Eligibility Criteria :
- Eligibility by Nationality: A non-Japanese national from a nation with diplomatic ties to Japan is required.
- Age Requirement: Although there are very few exceptions, applicants must typically have been born on or after April 2, 1990.
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, which is defined as having completed at least 16 years of schooling or a three-year degree from an accredited foreign university, is the academic prerequisite.
