ARICE Scholarship 2025/26 Romania (Fully Funded)

The ARICE Scholarship 2025 in Romania, a fully financed opportunity for overseas students, is currently accepting applications. The Ministry of Education and the Romanian Agency for Investments and Foreign Trade (ARICE) collaborate to organize the program. Outstanding students from non-EU and non-EFTA nations who want to pursue undergraduate (Bachelor’s), graduate (Master’s), or doctoral (PhD) studies at recognized public universities throughout Romania are awarded 40 scholarships annually.

The ARICE Scholarship provides a rare opportunity to study in a European nation rich in academic tradition and culture while also covering all main academic expenditures. One of the program’s main advantages is that there is no application cost, which enables a larger pool of applicants to participate.
