The 2025–2026 Belgium Master Mind Scholarship is now accepting applications. International students can study for a master’s degree in Belgium’s Flanders and Brussels areas with this esteemed, fully supported fellowship.

Candidates from all around the world are welcome to apply for the Master Mind Scholarship, which is offered at five institutions as well as seven applied sciences and arts universities in the area. Each Flemish higher education institution may submit up to 20 applications, and there is no application fee.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • All nationalities are welcome to apply.
  • only accessible to those enrolled in Master Mind Scholarship programs for master’s degrees.
  • Candidates must have a GPA of at least 3.5 out of 4.0.
  • It is necessary to have a minimum TOEFL score of 94 or an overall IELTS score of 7.0.
  • Additionally approved are online versions of the TOEFL and IELTS exams.

  • A €10,000 grant A €10,000 stipend will be given to each chosen student to help with their academic endeavors during the master’s program.
  • Coverage of Tuition Fees The scholarship pays for all or a substantial portion of the tuition. The host institution will fully explain any residual tuition expenses that exceed the grant amount.
  • Support for Accommodations To provide a comfortable stay throughout the study term, the grant can be used to pay for private housing or student housing.
  • Cost of Living Daily living expenditures like food, transportation, study materials, and other personal needs are partially covered by the grant.
  • Coverage of Insurance The scholarship provides complete protection for the duration of the student’s stay in Belgium by including health, accident, and third-party liability insurance.
