Our goal at Ecovay is to inspire young leaders by introducing them to influential people throughout the world and creating environments where creativity and teamwork coexist. Our goal is to motivate young people to actively participate in tackling global issues, influencing public policy, and spearheading significant neighborhood initiatives.
In keeping with this pledge, Ecovay is pleased to announce the Future Leaders Assembly Morocco 2025, a fully sponsored global conference that brings together driven young activists (between the ages of 18 and 30) for an energizing leadership experience in Marrakech. The goal of this life-changing event is to provide the next generation the skills, knowledge, and international connections they need to lead with meaning.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Candidates must be between the ages of 15 and 50 on the day of the event. This wide age range represents the Assembly’s inclusive stance, which welcomes both seasoned individuals dedicated to lifelong learning and impact as well as up-and-coming youth leaders.
- Proven Enthusiasm for Sustainability: Applicants ought to exhibit a definite interest in or active participation in fields pertaining to sustainability, climate action, environmental resilience, or sustainable development. Academic research, advocacy campaigns, volunteer work, personal endeavors, and professional ventures that support the UN Sustainable Development Goals are a few examples of this.
- Proven or Potential Leadership Ability: Candidates must exhibit either a high capacity for leadership or prior leadership experience. This can be demonstrated by their leadership in problem-solving or motivating people in student organizations, community groups, startups, NGOs, or other endeavors.
- A sincere desire to change the world should be a driving force behind participants’ commitment to positive global change. The best applicants are those that actively look for chances to work together, have conversations, and support projects that promote fairness, sustainable development, and global understanding.
