Eligibility Criteria:
- You must be a citizen of one of the Eastern Partnership nations—Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, or Ukraine—and be at least eighteen years old.
- You ought to be sincerely inspired to actively support civic society and bring about constructive change in your neighborhood.
- You must have a well-defined and feasible project concept that deals with either civic technology development and implementation or community involvement.
- Since English will be the main language utilized for training, communication, and teamwork during the fellowship, a working understanding of the language is necessary.
