The fully funded Harpswell Leadership Residents Program 2026 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is currently accepting applications. Participants can choose to remain from May to August or from November to February during the four-month program. People from all over the world are invited to participate in this professional development opportunity by volunteering, teaching English, mentoring, and providing assistance to Cambodian residents at Harpswell’s leadership centers. Eligibility Criteria :
- Open to applicants of all nationalities
- Only women are eligible to apply
- Applicants should have a strong commitment to women’s leadership and using education as a tool for empowerment

- Excellent spoken and written English skills are required (teaching experience is a strong advantage)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
- Teaching experience is highly preferred
