The International Leadership Program (ILP) 2025 in Italy is now accepting applications. People from all over the world come together for this four-day, fully funded leadership program to meet, learn, and inspire change. The Voice For Rights International Association is organizing the event, which will take place in Rome from November 14–17, 2025. There are 100 seats available in all, split into three groups: self-financed, slightly funded, and fully funded. The ILP provides an immersive atmosphere where aspiring leaders may develop and have an effect, with the goal of igniting both professional and personal growth. You can apply without taking the IELTS. Below is more information about the application process, eligibility requirements, and financial assistance.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Open to applicants of all nationalities
- Age requirements:
- 16–35 years for the Fully Funded category
- 18 years and above for Partially and Self-Funded categories
- 16–35 years for the Fully Funded category
- Commitment: Must demonstrate a strong commitment to social change
- Experience: Should be involved in social or educational initiatives, or possess a clear vision for creating positive change
Documentation: A valid passport is required (national ID may be accepted if a passport is not available)
Language Proficiency: No IELTS or TOEFL required
