Ireland Fellows Program 2026/27 (Fully Funded Scholarship)

Applications are now open for the Ireland Fellows Program 2026/27 – a fully funded opportunity for international candidates to pursue a one-year Master’s degree at a recognized Irish Higher Education Institution.

The fellowship targets individuals with strong leadership potential, offering them access to world-class education in Ireland. The program will commence in August or September 2026.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • must be a national of one of the qualifying nations.
  • must fulfill the standards for English language proficiency.
  • must not have a master’s degree already.

Eligible Countries :

  • Ireland Fellows Programme Latin America: Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Paraguay, Peru, Venezuela.
  • Ireland-SIDS Fellows Programme (Small Island Developing States): Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Cabo Verde, Comoros, Cook Islands, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Fiji, Grenada, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Kiribati, Maldives, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Micronesia (Federated States of), Nauru, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Samoa, São Tomé and Príncipe, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Tuvalu, Vanuatu.
