Eligibility Criteria:
- Armenia, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, China (including Taiwan), Georgia, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Moldova, New Zealand, South Korea, Ukraine, the United States, or Uzbekistan are among the nations in which applicants must be nationals.
- Foreigners of Lithuanian heritage from non-EU and non-EFTA nations are also qualified.
- By the end of the 2024–2025 academic year, candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) or be in their last year of an integrated study program.
- The language of instruction, which could be English, Lithuanian, or another accepted academic language, must be demonstrated by applicants.
- To be eligible for a master’s program, a legitimate acceptance or pre-admission letter from a Lithuanian university is required.
- Applicants from Belarus must have a current Lithuanian residency permit at the time of application.
- Candidates must not have a master’s degree from any nation or have previously been awarded this scholarship.
- Only the study term completed in Lithuania will be covered by the award for applicants to joint degree programs.
