Moroccan Scholarships 2025 (Fully Funded)

For the 2025–2026 academic year, the Moroccan government is now providing 20 fully financed scholarships to Saint Lucian students through the Moroccan International Cooperation Agency (AMCI). These scholarships give participants a complete financial package to support their studies overseas by paying for all living expenses, tuition, housing, and basic health insurance.

Students who meet the requirements can apply to public universities and vocational schools in Morocco to pursue undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degrees. All academic disciplines are welcome to apply, and the program’s goal is to improve bilateral ties through cultural and educational exchange.

This program is a component of Morocco’s continuous international academic partnership initiatives. Its goals are to promote international mobility, accessibility to higher education, and international understanding. In addition to receiving a top-notch education, chosen students will be exposed to Morocco’s rich cultural legacy and varied academic environment, which will foster their academic and personal development on a global basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduate Applicants:

  • Must be between 19 and 23 years old
  • Completed a CAPE or Associate Degree in 2024 or expected to graduate in 2025
  • Must have a strong academic record with grades of A or B

Master’s Degree Applicants:

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of Second Class Honours required
  • Must indicate the intended programme and chosen university

PhD Applicants:

  • Must have a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Required to submit a detailed research proposal
  • Must include a copy of their previous dissertation

Benefits:

  • A monthly stipend of 1,750 Moroccan Dirhams, or around $175 USD
  • At the beginning of the program, one-way airfare is offered, and at the end, a return ticket is granted.
  • During the study period, health insurance was provided.
  • For pupils who do not speak French, French language instruction is provided.
  • There is housing assistance available, and if university housing is not offered, there is an extra 500 MAD per month.
  • Note: Students must pay for their own tuition, meals, local transportation, and school supplies; these expenses are not covered by the scholarship.
