Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates cannot have a doctorate (PhD) degree already.
- The mobility criteria must be met, which states that one must have spent more than 12 months of the previous 36 months living or working in the recruiting country.
- must be enrolled in a PhD program for the duration of the study.
- At least three independent organizations from three or more EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries must be part of the network, with at least one of them having its headquarters in the EU.
- The project may also involve other partner organizations from non-European nations.
