The fully financed Singapore ACIS Scholarship 2025 is open to both domestic and foreign applicants, according to the A*STAR Graduate Academy. In order to attract elite talent interested in advancing research across a wide variety of real-world challenges—from sophisticated data analytics and simulation to deep learning in healthcare—this distinguished grant supports PhD studies in computer and information science (CIS) domains.
Full tuition, a computer, research and thesis costs, and a monthly living allowance are all covered by the grant. It also provides financing for up to a 12-month abroad internship assignment. Support would be provided for up to four years of PhD study at Singapore’s autonomous universities, giving scholars access to important research opportunities and international exposure.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Both foreign applicants and Singaporean nationals are welcome.
- International students must have earned a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an independent university or be working toward one.
- A minimum of a Second Upper Class Honours degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline must have been earned or be anticipated to be earned.
- Undergraduate students in their final year may apply, but the scholarship will only be given out if they meet A*STAR’s requirements and earn a Second Upper Class Honours or its equivalent.
- must fulfill the requirements for admission and be accepted into a PhD program at a Singaporean autonomous university.
- should exhibit a strong desire to work in academia, tech companies, spin-offs, or industry R&D as a CIS researcher.
