Applications for the Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) 2026–2027, a distinguished and fully financed award for overseas students hoping to continue higher education in Singapore, are now officially open, according to the Singaporean government. Eligibility Criteria:

  • The student must be from abroad.
  • should exhibit a high level of written and spoken English ability.
  • Positive academic reference reports must be submitted (see How to Get a Scholarship Recommendation Letter).
  • Applicants are not restricted by age.
  • A scanned copy of your passport must be uploaded throughout the application process, and it must be valid.
