Singapore International Graduate Award 2026 | Fully Funded | SINGA 2026

For exceptional overseas candidates studying science and technology, the Singapore overseas Graduate Award (SINGA) 2026 offers a fully financed PhD fellowship. SINGA, which is provided through a partnership between A*STAR, NTU, NUS, and SUTD, pays for tuition, housing, and research assistance. Students will do research at renowned institutions, and all instruction is given in English. Eligibility Criteria :

  • All foreign graduates with a high academic record and a love of research are welcome.
  • English proficiency, both in writing and speaking, is required.
  • Academic referees must provide a favorable recommendation.
  • It is required to have a bachelor’s degree while applying.
  • Candidates need to have a strong academic record.
  • Although a certificate may be requested by host colleges, there is no mandatory necessity for an English proficiency test.
  • Eligibility is limited to applicants for PhD programs in science and engineering.
  • We do not accept applications for PhD programs in the arts, humanities, or similar subjects.
  • Additional selection criteria may be used by A*STAR; they could change at any time and without warning.
