The United Nations SDG Action Campaign’s centerpiece event, the Heroes of Tomorrow: United Nations SDG Action Awards 2025, aims to recognize and amplify the voices of young activists who are significantly promoting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This esteemed prize honors exceptional projects headed by young people who are exhibiting creativity, dedication, and leadership in tackling global issues like inequality, climate change, education, health, and more.

The campaign’s goal is to highlight inspiring, motivating, and expediting action stories that advance the 2030 Agenda. Through internet campaigns, community-based initiatives, advocacy campaigns, or creative solutions, the chosen “Heroes of Tomorrow” are contributing to the creation of a more just and sustainable future.

The UN SDG Action Awards Ceremony, scheduled for October 29, 2025, in Rome, Italy, will invite the winners.
