University of Parma PhD Scholarships 2025—41st Cycle,  Italy (Fully Funded)

Applications are now being accepted for the 41st Cycle of the University of Parma’s (Università degli Studi di Parma) PhD Call, which offers fully financed doctoral slots in a variety of academic subjects for the academic year 2025–2026. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates need to be master’s degree holders (Laurea Magistrale or an Italian equivalent).
  • As long as they finish their degree by October 31, 2025, students who are nearing the end of their master’s program are eligible to apply.
  • Before the deadline, applications must be submitted via the Esse3 portal.
  • Additional prerequisites, such as a certain academic background or evidence of language proficiency, may be necessary for some PhD programs; specifics are listed in the course descriptions.
  • International candidates are welcome to apply; however, for non-EU academic credentials, they might need to provide a Declaration of Value (Dichiarazione di Valore) or CIMEA certification.
