For international students seeking a Master’s degree, the University of Sussex Sanctuary Scholarship offers complete funding for postgraduate studies. It offers a living allowance of £16,440 a year in addition to covering the entire cost of tuition abroad. Eligibility Criteria :
- must have been offered a spot at the University of Sussex to begin a Master’s program in September 2025.
- must have filed an asylum claim for refugee recognition with the UK Home Office, or be a dependent of someone who has.
- Alternatively, they might not be eligible for Student Finance England assistance because they were granted a temporary permit to stay in the UK (limited leave to remain, humanitarian protection, etc.).
