Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree: By August 2026, candidates must have earned an undergraduate degree from a recognized university. Since there are no limitations on the topic of study, the degree can be earned in any academic discipline.
- Age Requirement: As on August 1, 2026, candidates must be at least 18 years old but not yet 29. This guarantees that participants fall within the age range that is intended for the development of early-career leaders.
- Proficiency in English: Every applicant must exhibit a solid grasp of the English language. One of the following can be used to demonstrate this:
- A valid score of 100 or above on the TOEFL iBT
- A minimum IELTS Academic score of seven
- Speaking English as a first language
- Having earned a degree from a school where English is the main tongue
