Applications are now open for the HIIA Future Leaders Program 2025. This international leadership initiative will take place at the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA) Headquarters in Budapest, Hungary, running for three months from September 15 to December 15, 2025. The program welcomes applicants from all countries. Designed by HIIA, it offers participants the chance to deepen their understanding of foreign policy, explore the institute’s work, and gain valuable insight into Hungary’s international relations. Ideal for individuals passionate about global affairs and diplomacy. There is no application fee, and no IELTS or TOEFL is required. Eligibility Criteria :
- Eligibility by Nationality: All nationalities are welcome to apply.
- New Views, Global Vision: We encourage applications from recent graduates (at least a bachelor’s degree) who have a keen interest in foreign policy.
Background in Education: The following are preferred areas of study:
- Relations with Other Countries
- The study of philosophy
- The study of politics
- The past
- Global Economics
- On an individual basis, other related disciplines might also be taken into consideration.
- Candidates must be younger than thirty years old.
Hungary is the host nation.
