The Aspire Leaders Program 2025, launched by Harvard professors, is a fully funded, 14-week online leadership program designed for underserved youth worldwide. This unique opportunity requires no English language test like IELTS. The program aims to empower first-generation students to grow as leaders and create positive change in their communities. Participants will engage in a transformative experience through self-assessment tools, Harvard course materials, and live seminars. The curriculum explores identity, ethics, technology, and leadership impact. Finalists join a global network of motivated young leaders and gain access to grants and educational resources. The Aspire Institute, formerly part of Harvard, now operates independently, continuing its mission to develop tomorrow’s changemakers through inclusive, multidisciplinary learning and a global leadership community.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 29.
- They ought to be from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Applicants must be first-generation college attendees, meaning that neither their parents nor their major caregivers have a bachelor’s degree.
- Current undergraduate students and recent graduates who are not enrolled in graduate programs are eligible applicants.
- Proficiency in English must be at least intermediate.
