Applications are now open for the NVIDIA Graduate Fellowship 2026, a highly competitive program designed for outstanding PhD students conducting research in accelerated computing and related areas. The fellowship welcomes applicants worldwide to submit innovative research proposals for consideration. Selected fellows will also be required to complete an in-person summer internship at one of NVIDIA’s research offices located in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, or Taiwan. The fellowship provides financial support covering tuition, stipend, and research expenses, enabling students to focus on advancing cutting-edge projects in collaboration with NVIDIA experts.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Completed First Year of PhD – Applicants must have finished at least one year of PhD studies before applying.
- Relevant Field of Study – Major should be in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Active Research – Must be actively engaged in PhD thesis research.
- Full-Time Enrollment (2026–2027) – Must remain enrolled as a full-time PhD student throughout the academic year, with graduation no earlier than May/June 2027.
- Mandatory Internship – Required to complete an in-person summer internship prior to the fellowship year.
- No Family at NVIDIA – Applicants cannot have immediate family members employed at NVIDIA.
University-Administered Award – Fellowship funds are paid to the university, not directly to the student.
