The University of Calgary Scholarship provides fully funded graduate opportunities for candidates pursuing Master’s or Doctoral studies in Canada. This scholarship covers both tuition and living expenses for selected students engaged in an industry/NSERC collaborative project.

Two highly motivated, full-time MSc/Ph.D. students will be awarded the University of Calgary Graduate Scholarship to join the research team in the Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the Schulich School of Engineering.

Essential Requirements
- Chemical engineering or a similar field for B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees, preferably with an emphasis on material development or separation procedures
- Proficiency in accurately and carefully planning and carrying out laboratory experiments
Principal Duties
- Do research in a responsible, moral, and critical manner.
- Maintain thorough and precise records of the experimental procedures and outcomes.
- Oversee the creation and formatting of scientific publications for peer-reviewed publications.
- Deliver study findings at scientific conferences and to industry partners.
- Organize and oversee cooperative projects with other research teams.
- Help ensure that laboratory operations run smoothly.
- Encourage diversity, inclusion, equity, and accessibility (EDIA) activities.
