South China Sea International Conference 2025 Vietnam (Fully Funded)

On November 3–4, 2025, Da Nang, Vietnam, will host the 17th South China Sea International Conference. There is no application fee or IELTS requirement, and individuals from all over the world are welcome to this completely financed international conference.

The conference’s theme, “Unity in Uncertainties,” centres on important topics such South China Sea policymaking, maritime security, regional collaboration, and geopolitical dynamics. It provides a forum for young professionals, policymakers, and foreign specialists to exchange ideas, discuss potential solutions, and improve cross-border cooperation.

Young leaders’ involvement is also highlighted in the curriculum, which encourages them to network with global stakeholders, offer creative viewpoints, and learn important lessons from top academics and professionals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Eligibility by Nationality: All nationalities are welcome to apply.
  • Age Requirement: Participants must be between the ages of 20 and 35 when the program begins.
  • Language Proficiency: English fluency is necessary.
  • Academic and Professional Experience: Candidates should have experience in international relations, international law, political science, or other comparable social sciences.
  • Selection Procedure: Eight Young Leaders in all will be selected to attend the conference.
