Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nationality: Vietnamese national living overseas or in Vietnam
  • Age: At the beginning of the PhD program, under 35
  • Education: last year of undergraduate studies or a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Academic Performance: In undergraduate studies, a minimum GPA of 8/10 (or above) is required.
  • Proficiency in English:
  • a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 79, or
  • A minimum IELTS Academic score of 6.5, or
  • A degree from the USA, UK, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia
  • Experience in the workplace is not necessary.
