This esteemed program, which is run by VinUniversity, assists Vietnamese nationals who want to start PhD studies abroad in 2026 or 2027. The fellowship, which was created to find and develop Vietnam’s most talented scientists and technologists, pays for all of your primary PhD-related costs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Vietnamese national living overseas or in Vietnam
- Age: At the beginning of the PhD program, under 35
- Education: last year of undergraduate studies or a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- Academic Performance: In undergraduate studies, a minimum GPA of 8/10 (or above) is required.
- Proficiency in English:
- a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 79, or
- A minimum IELTS Academic score of 6.5, or
- A degree from the USA, UK, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia
- Experience in the workplace is not necessary.
