Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality: Vietnamese national living overseas or in Vietnam
Age: At the beginning of the PhD program, under 35
Education: last year of undergraduate studies or a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Academic Performance: In undergraduate studies, a minimum GPA of 8/10 (or above) is required.
Proficiency in English:
a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 79, or
A minimum IELTS Academic score of 6.5, or
A degree from the USA, UK, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia
Experience in the workplace is not necessary.
