Eligibility Criteria:

  • A PhD in theoretical physics is required, or a PhD defence date must be set before the fellowship starts.
  • After completing their PhD, candidates should have no more than six years of postdoctoral research experience.
  • Under the Non-Member State Postdoctoral Fellowship Program, a small number of posts are also available to citizens of non-Member States.
  • Applicants must not be current employees of CERN.
