Eligibility Criteria:
- A doctorate degree must not be held at the time of hiring.
- Candidates must adhere to the MSCA mobility rule, which states that they must have spent more than 12 months of the 36 months prior to hiring living or working in the host nation.
- must be enrolled during the duration of the project in a PhD program.
- Each network must include at least one partner from an EU member state and at least three independent organizations from three separate EU member states or Horizon Europe Associated Countries.
