Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be nationals of an African nation. People who have dual citizenship with a non-African nation are ineligible.
- Age Requirement: At the beginning of their master’s program, candidates must be younger than 35.
- Educational Background: Candidates must be enrolled in a training or mentoring program provided by a Mastercard Foundation partner organization, or they must have finished or be presently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at one of Sciences Po’s partner institutions.
- Financial requirements: Applicants must show that they truly require financial aid in order to continue their study.
- Commitment to Change: Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting constructive change in Africa, especially in fields like social transformation, public policy, governance, and environmental sustainability.
