Eligibility Criteria :

- Commitment to Change: In addition to academic success, candidates’ dedication to being change agents after graduation is emphasized.
- Professional Experience: Applicants having a track record of applying and disseminating newly acquired information in fields like education, government, civil society, or the commercial sector are given preference.
- Gender Balance: In an effort to achieve balanced representation, female candidates are highly urged to apply.
