Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must be residents and citizens of a nation in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- must have graduated from one of the participating partner universities under the Africa Health Collaborative with an undergraduate degree within the previous five years.
- To pursue graduate courses at the University of Toronto, one must be able to prove a strong financial need.
- should have made significant academic progress throughout their time in school.
- must have a track record of involvement in extracurricular activities, community service, or leadership.
- should fulfill the academic and program-specific prerequisites for one of the University of Toronto’s qualified graduate programs.
- To fulfill the linguistic requirements of the university, one must exhibit English proficiency.
- must demonstrate a strong desire to return to Africa after graduation in order to support social and economic advancement in their native continent.
