There’s a fantastic opportunity! Under the Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP), the University of Hong Kong is providing a Fully Funded Scholarship for 2026. International students who want to study for a Master’s degree at the University of Hong Kong can now apply. For this scholarship, there is no application cost. Graduate studies in economics, management, science and technology, and other development-related subjects are fully funded by the ADB Scholarship. Additional information is given below.
Eligibility Criteria :
- must be a citizen of a Japanese ODA scholarship-eligible country and an ADB member.
- must fulfill the university’s general entrance standards.
- must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of full-time professional job experience is required.
- At the time of application, you must be at least 35 years old.
- must consent to work back home for a minimum of two years following the completion of their master’s degree.
- must have been accepted into the University of Hong Kong’s authorized master’s program.
