The CERN OpenLab Summer Program 2026 in Switzerland is now accepting applications. There are no citizenship limits for this fully supported two-month internship, which is open to students of all countries. Those who are enrolled in bachelor’s or master’s programs or who will graduate by May 2026 are eligible to apply. Participants will get practical experience at one of the top research facilities in the world throughout the nine-week program, which will begin in June 2026. IELTS and an application fee are not necessary. Students interested in cutting-edge research and innovation in computer science and information technology are the target audience for this program. Eligibility Criteria :
- Must possess nationality from a country having diplomatic ties with Japan.
- Must be 34 years old or younger as of April 1, 2026.
- Must be able to arrive in Japan before the Fall 2026 semester begins.
- Both undergraduate and graduate degrees should have outstanding academic records.
- A four-year bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree (or comparable credentials) are required.
