Eligibility Criteria:
- must be qualified for the Japanese ODA Scholarship and a citizen of an ADB member nation.
- must fulfill the University of Hong Kong’s normal entrance standards.
- A bachelor’s degree or its equivalent is required.
- After earning an undergraduate degree, they should have at least two years of full-time professional work experience.
- At the time of application, you must be at least 35 years old.
- After finishing their master’s degree, they must pledge to return home and work there for at least two years.
