International students are encouraged to apply for the Bilkent University Scholarships in Turkey for the 2026–27 academic year. Applicants from all countries can pursue Fully Funded Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programs with no application fee. A wide range of fields is offered, including Business, Arts, Sciences, IT, Computer Science, and Engineering. Classes for the new intake will begin in Autumn 2026. Bilkent University provides diverse research opportunities across multiple departments and currently hosts over 12,500 students in its undergraduate and graduate programs.
Bilkent University is internationally recognised as one of Turkey’s top higher education institutions. Founded in 1984 as the country’s first private, non-profit university, it now enrols 13,000 students across 29 doctoral and 58 undergraduate programs, with 63% studying on scholarships.
Eligibility Criteria :
- Students may apply from any country.
- ALES scores are required for Turkish applicants to graduate programs.
- All non-Turkish nationals and Turkish citizens residing overseas may submit GRE results in lieu of ALES.
- Those with a bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply to master’s programs.
- Those with master’s degrees are eligible to apply to PhD programs.
- Most schools require a minimum GPA of 2.80/4.00, however some accept a minimum of 2.50/4.00 (B.S. CGPA).
