Korea Government KOICA Scholarship 2026 (Korea International Cooperation Agency) | Fully Funded

Students in qualifying partner nations may now apply for the KOICA Scholarship 2026. Tuition, a monthly stipend, round-trip overseas airfare, a settling allowance, university housing, and national health insurance are all covered by this fully supported program. International students have a great chance to pursue postgraduate courses in Korea thanks to it. The KOICA Scholarship enables gifted students from underdeveloped countries to pursue full-time education at participating Korean universities. Study areas include public management, gender equality, e-government, global education, and other fields that are in line with Korea’s development and international cooperation objectives.

Eligibility Criteria :

  • must be a citizen of one of the qualifying nations (see the list below).
  • must be in good mental and physical condition.
  • must be younger than forty as of February 1, 2026.
  • Programs are delivered in English, thus fluency in the language is required.
  • must be a professional or civil servant who has been formally nominated by their government.
  • must have relevant work experience.
  • Master’s programs require at least two years.
  • For doctoral programs, at least three years

South Korea is the host nation.

Asia is the study destination.

Scholarships for Postgraduate, Master’s, and PhD programs

Students from underdeveloped nations are eligible to apply.

Benefits include full funding, a $9,000 annual stipend, a $1,500 settlement allowance, a $750 completion grant, housing, and health insurance.

IELTS is not necessary for the English test.
