The Master Mind KU Leuven Scholarships provide funding for highly driven overseas students who have excelled academically and want to study in Belgium. A €10,000 stipend and a complete tuition fee waiver are given to each chosen candidate for each academic year. The essential information, qualifying requirements, and detailed directions for filing a successful application are provided in this page. Outstanding students enrolling in master’s programs throughout Flanders and Brussels are eligible to apply for the scholarships, which are supported by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training. Recipients just have to pay a minor administrative enrollment fee, and the reward covers 60 ECTS annually. The award helps pay for housing, insurance, and a significant amount of living expenses and is paid in installments. Candidates must first submit an application to one of the participating Flemish institutions.
Eligibility Criteria :
- must exhibit high academic performance and potential, as evidenced by an outstanding GPA on official transcripts.
- Prior degrees must have been earned from an institution of higher learning outside of Flanders. Students are still eligible if they have finished a short credit mobility program in Flanders.
- Even if the program’s minimal score is different, applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate strong English proficiency.
- Students who are currently enrolled at a Flemish university are ineligible.
- No other Flemish Government scholarship or an Erasmus Mundus award may be coupled with the Master Mind Scholarship.
