Eligibility Criteria :
- possess a bachelor’s degree in ecology or a similar discipline (a master’s degree is desirable).
- passion for fieldwork, data processing, analysis, and science communication, as well as a keen interest in animal behavior.
- Show tenacity, interest, and a healthy dose of skepticism.
- It is ideal to have experience with NEXRAD weather radar equipment to analyze bird nocturnal migration.
- It’s also ideal to have prior experience identifying, capturing, handling, and banding eastern North American birds.
