Eligibility Criteria:
Language of Study
- Bachelor’s and Master’s programs are taught exclusively in Romanian
- PhD programs may be offered in Romanian or another foreign language, depending on the university
Romanian Language Preparatory Year
- Applicants who do not know Romanian are provided with a fully funded one-year language preparation course
Exemptions from the Preparatory Year
- You may be exempt from the language course if you:
- Have completed at least four consecutive years of studies in Romanian
- Pass an official Romanian language examination
- Hold a B1-level Romanian language proficiency certificate
