The Okinawa Institute of Science & Technology (OIST) in Japan offers a fully financed scholarship program. Selected overseas students can study and conduct research using top-notch facilities thanks to the OIST PhD program, which pays for tuition, living expenses, and research expenditures. OIST offers top-notch, multidisciplinary education by admitting about 60 full-time graduate students annually. Students in their final two years of a bachelor’s degree, those enrolled in a master’s program, and graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree are eligible to apply for the award. OIST brings together top scientists from Japan and around the world for a five-year interdisciplinary PhD program in science.
