The Sapienza University of Rome Scholarships 2026–2027 in Italy are open to international applicants. Master’s and PhD programs in a variety of fields, such as the social sciences, the arts, engineering, business, management, and development studies, are eligible for these fully financed scholarships. There is no application fee. The scholarship pays for living expenses, tuition, and other expenditures associated with studying. IELTS is not required for students whose previous schooling was in English; others must show that they are proficient in the language. One of the biggest and oldest institutions in Europe is Sapienza University, which was established in 1303. It offers top-notch education, research facilities, and a track record of producing Nobel laureates, leaders, scientists, and astronauts. It is ranked first nationally and 71st worldwide (QS Rankings).
Eligibility Criteria :
- All citizens of Rome and international students are welcome.
- Master’s programs require an undergraduate degree.
- Master’s degree completion is a prerequisite for master’s programs
- A stellar academic record is required of applicants.
- For Master’s and PhD programs, research experience is preferred.
- If your prior education was not in English, you must take the TOEFL or IELTS.
Italy is the scholarship country.
